I love to help others and solve problems, and I want to be the person that makes life easier and more enjoyable for folks who've run into a problem.

As a WordPress Expert in GoDaddy and at WP Curve, my work involved helping customers set up WordPress based sites, customize them, User interface troubleshooting, plugin and theme installation & configuration, Database Management and Customer service through email and live chat.

I started my career as a web developer seven years ago and while working as a developer, I spent a lot of time conversing with clients, understanding their requirements, reporting and in general keeping them satisfied with the work. This gave me a sense of purpose and inspired me to work harder.
